Shipping Costs:

Shipping costs are noted for each product on the appropriate order page. Note- We are unfortunately only able to ship to addresses in the U.S. and Canada.

Damaged Shipments:

If you receive a damaged package please contact us. All packages are insured for the total purchase price.

Payment Options:

Orders are accepted using all major credit cards and/or paypal. All transactions be they credit card or PayPal are executed through the secure system of PayPal.

Personal information shared with Highly Scented Candles will never be sold, rented or given away under any circumstances. All credit card information and personal information is executed through the PayPal system which ensures total security.

Order Status:

Highly Scented Candles does not mass produce candles and all candles are poured fresh, by us, when you order. Please allow us sufficient time to ship your order. Shipments are normally executed in a week or less, but lead time can increase when high demand creates backlogs. You will receive an email telling you your order has been received and when it is expected to ship.
